Ordering is done by sending us a direct message via Messenger or Instagram, explicitly stating that you intend to purchase the item.

Order is considered confirmed and reserved to the buyer once we acknowledge the buyer’s intent to purchase and have sent payment details (i.e. GCash QR code).

If two or more people want to order the same item, the person who messaged us first (checked through timestamps) will have first dibs over the item.

Ordering can also be done by leaving a comment on a Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok post. However, we might not be able to immediately see the comment since post notifications often do not get sent in real time. Thus, people who directly message us might still get precedence.

Claiming an item during our livestreams is done by commenting: ‘mine + (item) + (price)’.

In case of multiple claims, the first person who commented will be considered the miner.

The miner must take a screenshot of the item with their comment visible on the screen.

The miner must then send said screenshot via Messenger or Instagram.

We will attend to the messages immediately after the livestream.

We prefer to receive payments via our GCash account. However, we also have Maya, BDO, and BPI accounts in case the buyer prefers to send payment there.

We do not accept meet-ups and cash on delivery.

Payments must be made in full. Downpayments are only allowed during pasabuy periods.

After order confirmation, the buyer is given 24 hours to settle the full payment. After said period has passed without complete payment, their reservation is revoked and the item becomes part of our available catalog again.

Cancellation requests after order confirmation may not always be accommodated except for circumstances determined to be valid by us.

Cancellation or failure to pay may result in the buyer being blacklisted in future transactions.

The buyer will be the one to shoulder the shipping fee.

Buyers can choose whether they want their item shipped via Lalamove and J&T. J&T deliveries usually starts from ₱75 and takes 2-3 days depending on the location. Lalamove shipping fees depend on distance, but item can be delivered within the day.

For J&T shipping, the buyer must provide us with the name, number, and full address of the recipient, and settle the stated shipping fee before we tag the item ready for pick-up.

For Lalamove shipping, booking must be done by the buyer. In case the buyer requests us to do the booking instead, we will provide a fair estimation of the shipping fee at the time of pick-up. Buyer must settle said shipping fee before we tag the item ready for pick-up.

We will not be held liable for courier-related issues like damages, delays, or loss of item.
